When the feed was checked on 21 October 2026, the rental ads were four furnished city apartments — a three-bedroom in S P Tower, Shibgonj at BDT 45,000 a month; a five-bedroom in White Place, Uposhohor at BDT 75,000; a three-bedroom in Ayyub Vila, Amber Khana at BDT 40,000; and a four-bedroom in Khan Mo, Uposhohor at BDT 45,000 — plus a small warehouse (godown) in Kazitula at BDT 15,000 a month for business storage.
That fits how most landlords in Sylhet let: homes are rented by the month, not by the night. All four apartments are advertised furnished with air conditioning and a minimum stay of one month — confirm each home's exact furnishings on its original ad. If you need a place for a week or a holiday instead, compare the six holiday homes or the verified hotels. Members add their own rental ads too, so it is worth looking again before you decide.

Property for sale in Sylhet
The sale ads checked on 21 October 2026 covered four kinds of property: hill-view land near Shah Poran (R) Mazar at Khadimnagar, an under-construction three-bedroom apartment at Daud Villa in Subid Bazar, a newly built three-bedroom flat in Dakshin Surma beside North East Medical College Hospital, and a ready residential plot in Purba Shaplabagh.
The prices shown are the listers' asking prices. Sizes and figures come from each ad — one listing even shows two different land sizes in its own details — so confirm everything with the seller and, for anything serious, through a lawyer and a registered deed before you pay anything.

Second-hand items for sale
The item ads checked on 21 October 2026 ranged from phones to laptops and a motorcycle: used Samsung phones — a Galaxy A35 5G, a Galaxy M14 and a Galaxy J3 — a Google Pixel 9a, an HP 15 laptop and a 2014 Bajaj Discover 125 motorcycle, priced between BDT 5,000 and BDT 65,000, posted by sellers around Shahi Eidgah, Subhani Ghat, Bateshwar, Sylhet Sadar, Majortila and Amber Khana.
Condition claims such as "like-new" or "no cracks" come from the ad itself. Check the item in person before paying: turn it on, test the screen, battery and charging, and meet somewhere public in daylight.
